Description

Top is a square knot with mint green and lavender metallic beads.

Second is a square knot with white and blue pearlescent beads (a current favorite--I have three requests.)

Third is a square knot with piquots (butterfly knot) and a big ol' button.

Fourth is mixed rainbow and black hemp in a wavy braid made of loop knots.

Fourth is all square knots alternating working and core cords. Clear and baby blue glass center bead and white wooden outer beads.

Fifth is a split-square knot with the core cord pulled tight to pucker the split sections. Inside the splits are some beachy white beads I found in my stock, and the center is a red/clear/white glass.

Next is a black and kelly green split square knot with green wooden beads.

Next is a thick 60lb (?) hemp with wooden beads.

Second from the bottom is a square and split square knot with wooden and bone beads.

Last is a split square knot with wooden beads.

Just double your strings--for that last one, for example, you would use a total of four blue and two white. Start off with two blue on each side and two white in the middle and when you want to split, you split them into three and three, going blue, white, blue, blue, white, blue. Make knots with the left most set and with the right most set as you normally would...when you want to put them back together, thread the whites through a bead (or just move them both back as your center strands and put two blues one each side. (Hope that makes sense...I have a hard time explaining it since I learned how to do all this through diagrams/videos and experimentation.) :)
